Program Description

Lindsay Window Tinting ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS appointment reminder program. When you book an appointment at lindsaywindowtinting.com/booking and check the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages related to your appointment, including reminders, rescheduling notices, and cancellation confirmations.

Opt-In

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our online booking form. The checkbox states: "By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS text messages (appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and updates) from Lindsay Window Tinting at the mobile number provided above. Message frequency varies (up to 3 msgs/appointment). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help." Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving our services.

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 3 SMS messages per scheduled appointment: a booking confirmation, a reminder approximately 3 days before your appointment, and any deposit requests, rescheduling, or cancellation notifications as applicable.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lindsay Window Tinting does not charge for SMS messages; however, your carrier may charge for sending and receiving text messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, you must submit a new booking with SMS consent checked.

Supported Carriers

SMS service is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers or MVNO providers.

Privacy & Data Protection

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used solely to send appointment-related messages as described in this document (booking confirmations, deposit requests, reminders, and cancellation/reschedule notices). This data is never shared with advertising partners, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other third party. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
